These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Dragon and the Rose website and your purchase, registration, or booking of products, readings, cleanses, energy work, classes, events, and other services.
In these Terms, “The Dragon and the Rose,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Dragon and the Rose.
By using our website, making a purchase, registering for an event, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Spiritual Services Disclaimer
Tarot, astrology, oracle and rune readings, bone divination, Reiki, energy healing, spiritual cleanses, and similar services are offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment.
Experiences and interpretations are subjective. We do not promise or guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, relationship, career, or personal outcome.
Our products and services are not substitutes for medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or services provided by another qualified or licensed professional.
Our practitioners do not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, prescribe treatments, provide legal or financial advice, or provide emergency services.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may harm yourself or another person, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency service immediately.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after a service.
Appointments and Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome when a practitioner is available. Practitioner schedules and availability may change, and a schedule shown online does not guarantee that a particular practitioner will be available.
Appointments are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the shop, practitioner, or booking provider.
We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment because of illness, emergency, safety concerns, practitioner availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened so that later appointments can begin on time. The full scheduled fee may still apply.
Customers who miss an appointment without providing the required notice may be charged the full appointment fee or lose any deposit.
A practitioner may treat an appointment as a missed appointment when a customer is more than 20 minutes late.
Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, booking fees, deposits, shipping charges, or other costs will be disclosed before purchase when relevant.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the amount presented at checkout or booking.
Payments may be processed by Stripe. Your payment transaction may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Retail Purchases, Returns, and Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged only according to the policy communicated at the time of purchase and any rights provided by applicable law.
Opened, used, clearance, custom, consumable, or body-contact products may be final sale where permitted by law. This may include herbs, oils, incense, sprays, candles, jewelry, and other products that cannot safely be resold.
Crystals, herbs, handcrafted products, and other natural items may vary in color, size, weight, markings, texture, scent, and appearance.
Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular spiritual, medical, financial, relationship, or personal outcome.
Classes and Events
Class and event schedules, instructors, locations, prices, and content may change.
Event registrations may be subject to separate cancellation, refund, transfer, or attendance policies disclosed during registration.
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and behave respectfully toward instructors, practitioners, employees, customers, and other participants.
We may refuse admission or remove a participant for:
Harassment or threats
Disruptive or unlawful behavior
Intoxication
Failure to follow safety instructions
Conduct that creates a risk to another person or the business
Refund eligibility in these circumstances will be determined by the applicable event policy and law.
Events booked through Meetup or another third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s terms and policies.
Right to Refuse or End a Service
We may refuse or end a service when reasonably necessary because of harassment, threats, intoxication, inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, unlawful activity, or requests outside the practitioner’s professional or ethical boundaries.
Any refund will depend on the circumstances, the portion of the service already provided, and applicable law.
Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful personal purposes.
You may not:
Interfere with the website’s operation or security
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system
Introduce malicious code
Submit fraudulent inquiries or bookings
Impersonate another person
Scrape or copy the website in a manner that harms its operation
Use the website to violate another person’s rights
Use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes
